How does the customization process work?
1️⃣ Place your order in our online store and fill in the necessary details.
2️⃣ Confirmation of details : We will contact you to confirm details, and you will send us the photo(s) and references.
3️⃣ Illustration creation : We'll show you the illustration before finalizing it, and you can request up to 3 modifications if necessary, at no additional cost.
4️⃣ Final Delivery : You will receive your illustration in digital or physical format, as chosen.
How is payment made?
Payment is made in advance through the following methods:
Credit/Debit Card

Delivery time begins upon confirmation of payment.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Digital shipping : 7 to 10 business days.
Physical shipping : 10 to 12 business days.
To ensure you receive your order on time, we recommend placing your order at least 15 days in advance.
Do you ship outside of Spain?
Yes, we ship internationally, but only in digital format. The payment method available for international customers is PayPal.
How will I receive my digital illustration?
You will receive a WeTransfer link in your email with two files:
JPG : Ideal for sharing on social media or using on screens.
PDF : High-quality format for printing.
We'll also include recommendations for getting the best printing results.
Can I buy an illustration as a gift?
Of course! You can send it directly to the recipient and add a personalized note. If you choose the digital version, we can schedule it to be mailed to surprise the recipient on the date of your choice.
Can I choose the size and type of print?
Yes, you can choose from different sizes and decide whether you want the artwork in a white, black, or light wood frame. If you're unsure which option to choose, don't hesitate to ask us, and we'll help you decide!
What if I don't like the illustration?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your illustration, which is why we offer up to three modifications at no additional cost. However, because each illustration is a handmade work requiring many hours of dedication and effort, we cannot accept returns. We make sure every detail is perfect, and if you have any questions or requests, we'll be happy to help you ensure the result is exactly as you imagined.
